This is the perfect wake & oxygenate class, designed to use your breath and use your body to activate your life force, switch on your nervous system, and create your state. Expect energizing breathing, muscles under tension, and your favorite dose of somatic shaking through your core & psoas muscle. Did you know that when we are stressed, or in chronic fight or flight, the poses muscle is often the deep part of our core that contracts in order to ‘brace’ against potential threat? If not release, this can lead to follow on issues, particularly tight and painful hip flexors and pelvic pain. This perfect full-body experience to get your day started, all without the caffeine.
