This full-body meditation will guide you to gently shift out of your head and into your body, helping to regulate your nervous system and prepare for deep, restorative sleep. Together, we’ll move through each part of your body, tensing and releasing muscles with care, signaling that the day is done and it’s time to unwind. As you settle into this practice, allow yourself to be cradled by softness and stillness, feeling safe, supported, and ready to drift into a peaceful slumber. You’ve done enough. You are enough. Rest deeply—you deserve it.
