Today’s 'safe to be seen' somatic movement practice is designed to help you feel safe, confident, and unapologetically visible, just as you are. This session combines traditional jump shakes, energizing shakes, grounding jumps, and expansive circular movements with heart-opening exercises that invite you to take up space freely. We’ll also incorporate chest taps and vagus nerve stimulation, strengthening your body’s stress response and easing the feeling of being seen. This is a practice that builds resilience and strength from within. If the idea of the whole world watching makes you cringe, today’s session will guide you, step by step, toward the liberating feeling of not caring—because it’s absolutely possible. This practice will connect you to your primal energy, reminding you that you’re here to be bold, pursue your dreams, and live fully. Let’s get moving and embrace the life you’ve envisioned!
