Start the class with a somatic breath-led catch and release, where we push away everything that doesn't serve us and call in everything that does. Begin with a booty burn series, including donkey kicks, and glute & oblique squeezers driven by your breath. Then, move into a standing series and dance party where you power yourself up with your breath and tone your vagus nerve with audible exhales. Finish the class with a big burn core series (expect rep-burns galore and a core-runner) and a round of boundary-setting punches to set your core on fire and set your boundaries for the day ahead.
