In the first Booty Burn class of the series, Louise and Lauren kick things off with hip openers to get you warmed up before diving into a serious booty burn. We’ll wrap up the session with soothing myofascial hip openers and deep, slow breaths, allowing your body to release any tension you've been holding onto. Want to take the practice deeper?
