Wake & Oxygenate Breathwork
Just 10 minutes of deep oxygenation each morning can transform your mood, energy, and cells. This practice includes three rounds of power breathing and three 60-90 second breath holds to maximize oxygen absorption.
Why the breath holds? Oxygen doesn’t automatically reach your tissues—it needs priming. Holding your breath after a power breathing round prepares your body, so when you take your next breath, oxygen floods your system, increasing oxygen tension and boosting vitality.
This practice wakes up your body, sharpens your mind, and shifts you into true embodiment. Struggle with overthinking? The breath holds help you drop out of your head and into a state of deep presence.
End with five minutes of gratitude or visualization to seal in clarity and focus.
⚠️ Not for beginners. Avoid if in a freeze state or prone to breathwork-induced anxiety or panic. Always consult your doctor before starting.
