For longtime subscribers, no explanation is needed—this is our OG somatic shake, known as “the Pocahontas.” It’s a 3-minute burst of movement designed to get you up, grooving, and feeling truly ALIVE. Through jump shakes, side shakes, sky-high shakes, deep breaths, hip circles, and a freestyle flow, we’ll shake out the energy of everyone who’s ever made us feel “not enough” or “too much,” releasing emotions we’ve stored, locked away, or even forgotten existed. This practice is energizing, powerful, and FUN. However, if you’re in a hard freeze state with your nervous system, this may be too intense—come back to it when you’re ready for a high-energy boost and focus on the visualization instead.
