A full-body intermediate somatic shaking exercise. Expect a 3-level elevator shake using our lower body, interspersed with upper body arm shakes. Experience a full-body somatic shake to discharge stress hormones, release pent-up stress and emotion, and bring your body back to baseline. Remember to breathe, pant, groan, and make whatever noises you want throughout the practice. Want to take things one step deeper? Set an intention to release a specific energy, emotion, or experience during the practice and use this as a catalyst to alchemize past, stagnant, and dormant energy (sadness, guilt, shame, rejection, loneliness, heartbreak, suppression) into 'higher vibrational energy' (love, joy, gratitude, expression, authenticity) through a process of release.
