In this tapping session, we focus on embracing and navigating the discomfort that often comes with change. First, we will go on a short somatic experiencing journey to feel the resistance in our bodies, so we can then release it with intention. Often, even though we desire transformation, our nervous system is wired to resist it, keeping us in familiar patterns. Through EFT tapping, we’ll work on releasing old energy and opening ourselves to new possibilities. We’ll set the powerful intention to welcome change, shedding fear and stepping into the next version of ourselves, trusting that the universe supports us in this journey toward growth and freedom.
