Welcome to a tapping session with Louise designed by her help you see sadness, face sadness, release sadness and most of all - move through it. In this practice, Louise will guide you to acknowledge and process your sadness, understanding that it's a natural part of life but not something that defines you - and also that it is something that is going to pass. By tapping, you can speed up the process as we alchemize the energy together. By the end of this session, you'll feel lighter, more empowered, and ready to embrace the brighter days ahead.
